Does the She's Protected Safety Alarm connect to both Apple & Android

It sure does! We support iOS 14.5+ and all Android phones.

Is the She’s Protected: Safety Alarm rechargeable?

Yes — our alarm comes with a USB-C charging cable and features ultra-low power consumption for long-lasting protection between charges.

How do I connect the She’s Protected: Safety Alarm to my phone?

Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth > Locate Apple Find My

Step 2: Hold the side LED button for 3s. Once it starts flashing, it's in pairing mode.
Step 3: Click the + button > Add Other Item > Connect

Step 4: Name your device

Step 1: Download Google Find Hub > Turn on Bluetooth

Step 2: Hold the side LED button for 3s. Once it starts flashing, it's in pairing mode.
Step 3: Keep your device close to your Android phone > A pop-up will appear > Click connect

Will the alarm notify my emergency contacts when activated?

Not yet — This is a feature we are actively working on. Stay tuned!

How do I know what size running vest to get?

  • Choose XS/S if you prefer a close, supportive fit or wear AU sizes 6–10
  • Choose M/L for a comfortable fit with more room or wear AU sizes 12–16

Can I wash my running vest?

Yes. We recommend hand-washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the vest’s reflective technology, fabric quality, and shape.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! On orders $80 and above.

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 45-Day Unstoppable Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your gear, return it within 45 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
